I recently noticed Hibero was no longer on the IntelliJ Companion Products website, and also noticed that Beto Software is discontinuing both Hibero and Teresa UML, but does have soemthing else going on:

Since 1 January 2008 IntelliUML™ Teresa and Hibero™ have been discontinued for business reasons. These products are no longer actively developed or distributed but are still maintained. Existing customers with an active support contract will continue to receive technical support.

We'd like to thank all our customers for their trust in us and our products during the last four years. We have a new exciting and innovative product in the works that we hope to bring to the market soon. To show our appreciation to our customers we are preparing a special offer for them that will be announced in due course.

Would it be possible to give everyone else a hint about the product that's in the works?  What will happen with Teresa UML?

I am aware that Hibero is probably effectively replaced by IntelliJ 7's Hibernate/JPA integration, but there isn't a round trip UML editor that comes with IntelliJ -- it would be really great to see Teresa open-sourced to be community maintained, or at least made available as freeware.
